Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, cash books, ledgers, and financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and clients whenever required.
Maintain records related to property/project expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.




Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all accounting entries.
Handle accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
Real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and basic taxation.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
