Cadre / Designation: Vice President / General Manager

Qualification:
B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy, or Business Management preferred
Certification in Real Estate, Urban Development, Finance, or Project Management preferred

Main Skills Set
15+ years of relevant experience in business development at Pan India level within real estate focused in residential projects.
Expertise in land acquisition, project feasibility, market research, and investment analysis
Robust experience in deal sourcing, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
Proven track record of identifying and delivering current business opportunities and revenue growth
Experience in stakeholder management, negotiations, and commercial evaluation
