We are looking for an experienced F&B; Executive to manage food and beverage operations across a university campus.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cafeteria and F&B; operations.
Supervise F&B; staff and ensure smooth food service.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and suppliers.
Manage inventory, stock, consumption, and wastage.
Handle student/faculty feedback and resolve F&B-related; concerns.
Maintain F&B; records and support cost control.
Coordinate food arrangements for university events and special functions.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.

Required Profile
2+ years of F&B; Operations experience.
Experience in university/college campus, institutional catering, cafeteria, hotel, or similar F&B; operations.
Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
Solid vendor management, staff supervision, and coordination skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
