We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience with Pantaloons, Vishal Mega Mart, or a similar large-format retail organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Drive sales, revenue, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.
Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Manage inventory, stock receiving, replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
Monitor billing, cash management, and daily store transactions.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.




Coordinate with regional/area management and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and store profitability.

Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Pantaloons, Vishal Mega Mart, or other organized retail chains is preferred.
Experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager will be considered.
Solid experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
Positive knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 3–8 years in organized retail
Preferred Background: Pantaloons / Vishal Mega Mart / similar large-format retail
