About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA Marketing Freshers to join our growing IT Services team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in IT sales, marketing, business development, and client relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Marketing (Completed or Final Semester Results Awaited)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 70% marks in both 10th and 12th standard
Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above in the last academic year
Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Assist in generating and qualifying business leads.
Support digital marketing and business development initiatives.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Maintain customer and lead databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client acquisition and retention activities.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and sales processes
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Perks
Probation Period: 6 Months
Salary During Probation: ₹15,000 per month
Post-Probation Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Variable) based on individual performance and achievement of business objectives
