About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print channels — from social media creatives and property listing banners to brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral — that reflect our brand identity and help us stand out in the real estate market.

Responsibilities
Design marketing collateral including social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and email templates
Create visual assets for property listings (thumbnails, highlight graphics, virtual staging overlays, etc.)
Design presentations, pitch decks, and internal communication materials
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into design briefs
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (colors, typography, logo usage) across all designs
Edit and retouch property photography where needed
Design templates that can be reused/scaled across multiple listings or campaigns
Stay updated on design trends,



especially within real estate and digital marketing
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required

Requirements
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience)
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus
Robust portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
Good time management skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight turnarounds
Understanding of social media design specs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Robust communication skills to interpret briefs and present design rationale
