Job Purpose: Lead and manage building maintenance, waterproofing, rehabilitation and refurbishment activities to ensure asset reliability, safety, quality and lifecycle enhancement

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and corrective building maintenance programs.
Conduct condition assessments and identify defects, leakages and structural deterioration.
Lead waterproofing works / repair works for roofs, terraces, basements, wet areas, podiums, water bodies and water-retaining structures.
Manage refurbishment, rehabilitation and restoration projects.
Coordinate for BOQs, technical specifications and tender documents.
Review the drawings, BOQ, specifications, methodology
Coordinate consultants, contractors and vendors.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
Monitor project schedules, costs and performance.
Prepare and present weekly monthly progress reports to senior management
Travel across India required, based on project and business requirements





Qualifications and Work Experience:
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and waterproofing repair works.
Preferred experience with commercial buildings, IT parks, and facility management organizations.
