We are looking for an entrepreneurial and growth-driven Co-Founder to build and scale a recruitment firm in the Delhi NCR region. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of business creation, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships.
The role is ideal for someone with robust recruitment experience and a proven ability to build and grow business independently.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall business strategy and growth roadmap
Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives
Build and scale recruitment delivery teams
Set up operational processes, KPIs, and performance standards
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
Lead branding, positioning,
and service differentiation strategies
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capability
Experience in building and scaling teams or business units
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Robust strategic thinking with execution focus
Preferred Qualifications
Existing client network in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon / Noida / Delhi)
Experience in permanent hiring, executive search, or contract staffing
Prior leadership experience with P&L; responsibility
