Job Responsibilities

Company Name - Parker Hannifin India Pvt.Ltd.
Manage all facility operations and maintenance.
Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure.
Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP.
Ensure 100% utility availability for production.
Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts.
Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements.
Plan facility improvement and cost-saving projects.
Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts.
Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal).
Lead emergency response and breakdown management.
Develop and lead facility team, training and performance.
