Job Description:

Function: Analytics & Business Intelligence, CRM software & MIS expert

Data Analyzing
Collecting and interpreting data
Analysing results
Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
Defining recent data collection and analysis processes

Strategic Planning
Upcoming production task planning
On the base of sales data make dyeing/jobwork program planning
Purchase planning
Track and compile previous records and make future operation planning

Data Processing
Data collect from software and channelized them
Data cleaning through processes such as filling in missing values, smoothing the noisy data, or resolving the inconsistencies in the data.
Data with different representations are put together and conflicts within the data are resolved.
Data is normalized, aggregated and generalized.
Data presentation and conclusion for operation panel




Involves the reduction of a number of values of a continuous attribute by dividing the range of attribute intervals

Responsibilities and Duties
Work according to the expected timeline & update
Make ready data analysis sheet as per Management requirement
Order and quality dispatch process analysis
Make coming up F.Y operation planning
Update parties gradewise list and price list in software
Update master in software with coming up approved changes by mangement

Ensure the output is as per the quality standards
Party grading as per Sale, Qty, Payments and G.R.
Process House grading as per quality and in-time production without cost effect.
Weaver grading as per quality in-time supply.
Upkeep In-house staff quality performance record.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of MS Excel, Validation, V Look Up, H Look Up, Pivot Table / Formulas

Functional Area : Executive Assistant, Front Office, Data Entry
