Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and prepare clear job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, qualified networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.




Assist with interview scheduling, offer coordination, onboarding support, and routine HR activities.
Help strengthen the candidate experience through clear and qualified communication.

Requirements:
Robust communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to understand role requirements and assess candidate suitability at an initial level.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office productivity tools.
Prior recruitment exposure or internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
