Requirements
Support the Lead BSA (Onshore) as part of the TDI Marketing Personalization pod (SFDC360 + SFP).
Ensure the offshore development team has all requirements clearly documented and aligned with the solution being delivered.
Support the two-way requirements process by documenting approved business requirements received from the business.
Document solution design assumptions made by the delivery team and return them to the business for validation and requirement enhancement.
Assist with non-coding configurations in lower environments.
Perform activities from the perspective of the marketing business to validate the expected solution.
Strong knowledge of Marketing, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization is required.
