Experience : Minimum 6 to 8 years’ of experience in FMCG, retail and modern trade (MT).

Salary : 8 Lacs Responsibilities
• Achieving sales targets and category growth through BTL and Contemporary Trade strategies.
• Developing brand awareness and POSM aligned with brand guidelines.
• Planning and executing current product launches, promotions, roadshows, and trade activities.
• Managing MT promotional budgets, promotional materials, samples, gifts, and customized packs.
• Evaluating promotional effectiveness through ROI analysis, market feedback, and sales data.
• Preparing annual promotional plans based on brand objectives, shopper insights, and sales feedback.
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, key accounts, and shoppers.
• Providing product and customer-profile training to the sales team.
• Benchmarking industry practices and identifying recent marketing innovations and process improvements.
• Leading and developing team members through KRAs, feedback, performance reviews, motivation, and coaching.
