Job Title : Zuora Techno-Functional Lead

Job Type : Contract / Part time

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in Zuora Techno-Functional Consulting and implementation.
Strong hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
Experience with Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing.
Strong experience with Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
Experience designing and supporting scalable Zuora solutions for complex business requirements.
Valuable understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C),



and Revenue Recognition processes.
Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition and financial operations.
Excellent SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Robust API troubleshooting and integration debugging skills.
Ability to translate business and finance requirements into functional and technical solutions
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to optimize billing and payment operations.
Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit readiness.
Troubleshoot billing, payment, and integration issues while ensuring high system availability.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
