Plant Head – RMC / Concrete Plant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall plant operations, production, and dispatch.
Ensure timely production and delivery of quality concrete.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, fuel, and operational costs.
Coordinate plant maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.
Manage manpower, shifts, attendance, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and Project teams.
Prepare daily/monthly plant performance and production reports.
Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field.
Experience: 8–15 years in RMC/Concrete Plant operations, with managerial experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
