CTC: Up to 45000/- Per Month

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team
Drive revenue and achieve sales targets
Develop recent business and client relationships
Manage sales pipeline and improve conversions
Support the team in negotiation and deal closures
Review team performance and drive productivity
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Must-Have
5+ years of Sales / Business Development experience
Strong team management experience
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Robust negotiation, client handling, and closing skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in Real Estate Sales
Exposure to channel partners / brokers / property sales
Knowledge of the Nagpur market
