Role Details
Position: Social Media Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Contribute to the ideation and development of content IPs and recurring formats.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights.
Optimise content based on data and platform trends.
Support campaign launches and paid social initiatives.
Participate in on-camera content when required.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
Meta Business Suite
Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer
Instagram Insights
Meta Ads Manager
Sprout Social or Hootsuite Analytics
Google Analytics
Notion or Google Sheets
Slack or Teams
Drive or Dropbox
Canva or Figma
Trend tracking and social listening tools





Skills and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media.
Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts.
Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats.
Ability to interpret analytics and optimise content accordingly.
Explicit communication and coordination skills.
Good copywriting sense and storytelling abilities.
An organised and process-driven approach.
Camera-friendly is a plus but not mandatory.
Exposure to performance marketing is an added advantage.
