JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, invoicing, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/software.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
Verify expenses, invoices, and payment-related documents.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding account-related queries.




Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updating of accounts.
Assist senior accountants during monthly/year-end closing and audits.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with positive accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, or trading companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
