What we are looking for
Do Root cause analysis of the Breakdown ( EWO )
Follow Andon escalation procedure.
Training and Guidance to Toolroom Engg. for trouble shooting.
Preparing the spare list for the plant, updating the same with addition of recent mould and liaising with purchase department for the maintaining safety stock of spares
Failed part analysis process and spare part life improvement and cost reduction initiative.
Breakdown and corrective action validation.
Lead the E matrix projects.
Sending the Moulds out for repairing / monitoring it / closure of RGP.
Preservation of Manuals / records / reports
Lead Quality circles projects
