About the Role

Brain Star Technologies is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete B2B email marketing and lead-generation process, with a focus on Web Development, Mobile App Development, Shopify & eCommerce services.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage verified B2B email databases from scratch.
Research and generate targeted leads for IT services.
Set up and manage email accounts, domains, email tools, and campaigns.
Plan and execute bulk/cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Manage email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation.
Track open rates, replies, bounce rates, conversions, and qualified leads.
Perform A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
Maintain and regularly update the prospect database.

Experience with tools such as:





Apollo | LinkedIn Sales Navigator | Instantly | Smartlead | Mailchimp | HubSpot | Zoho | Hunter | ZeroBounce | NeverBounce | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365

Knowledge of other email marketing, lead-generation, verification, or deliverability tools is an advantage.

Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
Robust B2B cold email and lead-generation experience.
Experience generating leads for IT/Web/Mobile App Development services.
Experience in database building, email setup, verification, and deliverability.
Good English communication and analytical skills.
Experience targeting USA/UK/Canada/Australia markets is preferred.

Performance Focus

The candidate will be responsible for:

Database Creation → Email Setup → Campaigns → Outreach → Follow-ups → Qualified Leads → Sales Opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
