Requirements
Strong experience in JDA / Blue Yonder WMS 2020/2021/2022 production support projects.
Positive expertise in SQL/PLSQL, including query writing and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of MOCA architecture.
Hands-on experience with MOCA, iReports (Jasper), Integrator, and Page Builder.
Positive knowledge of relational database concepts.
Experience working in support processes and SLA-driven projects.
Strong skills in root cause analysis, issue resolution, and minor/major enhancements.
Experience in team handling and management.
Ability to provide effective solutions for production issues.
Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
Customer handling experience is an added advantage.
