Role Description The Sales Counsellor internship is an on-site Hyderabad role focused on counselling prospective students and specialists, explaining OneGrasp's services, managing leads and follow-ups, and supporting outreach and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals and build trust.

Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inquiries, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.

Interest in education, career guidance, or study abroad services; prior experience in counselling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort using online platforms for communication and record-keeping.
