Job Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard suitable candidates for the organisation.
Build, coordinate and manage a professional team.
Provide training, guidance and continuous support to team members.
Motivate team members and help them develop their qualified skills.
Coordinate day-to-day team activities from the office.
Maintain regular communication with team members and provide necessary guidance.
Monitor team performance and assist in achieving organisational business objectives.
Maintain professional relationships with team members and customers.
Support the expansion of the organisation's distribution network through team development.
Maintain basic reports, records and required documentation.
Handle responsibilities assigned by the management and coordinate with the concerned team.

No field work.
No customer home visits.

No individual sales role.
We do not hire Sales Executives for this position.
The position focuses on team management, recruitment, onboarding, training, coordination and professional development.
