We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand growth.
Set up and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify trends, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
Experience in handling multiple ad accounts/campaigns.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Candidates must be available for full time Work From Office in Indore.
