Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Train advisors on Life Insurance products, sales techniques, and selling skills.
Support advisors in field sales and customer acquisition.
Achieve business and sales targets through the advisor network.
Monitor advisor activation, productivity, and performance.
Drive advisor engagement and improve overall productivity.
Ensure high persistency and renewal business.
Build and maintain robust relationships with insurance advisors.
Provide regular guidance, motivation, and sales support to the advisor network.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales
Age: 24–35 years
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
