Designation : Consultant – Business Development and Bid Management

Location : Delhi

Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Science with MBA in Marketing.

Years’ Experience required : Min 3 yrs in consulting/services or infrastructure sectors

Remuneration : At par with industry standards

Job Profile:
Responsible for business development and marketing of services being offered by Idam Infra and other Idam group companies
Maintaining database of registrations/ empanelment’s/ accreditations
Maintaining/tracking EOIs, proposals, concept proposals, etc.
Maintaining/updating/coordinating for Case Vignettes and Client Certificates
Coordinating with Practice Leads for trackingbusiness prospect/weekly report
Coordinating and updating Corporate brochure/presentation/website updates
Establishing and maintaining contracts with potential clients like multilateral, bilateral agencies, NGOs, etc., to establish rapport and set up meetings for business development.




Preparation/ compilation of detailed proposal/pre-qualification documents for the various business development processes, including competitive bidding/tendering processes.
Assistance in organising the events/ conferences/ workshops/ seminars.
Coordinating with external agencies for publication of articles/ interviews/ participation in conferences/training programs for speaker/faculty/guest.
Communication with external stakeholders such as the press.
Assistance in basic research required by the consulting team.

Candidate with prior experience in consulting/ IT services would be preferred
