Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Allocate rooms, floors, and cleaning tasks to team members.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure rooms are cleaned, maintained, and released according to required standards and timelines.
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and service standards.
Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping employees.
Maintain adequate supplies of linen, cleaning chemicals, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest requirements.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, inventory, and daily reports.
Ensure proper handling and reporting of lost and found items.
Monitor the correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.




Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action where required.
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental targets and maintaining service quality.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, hospital, facility management, or hospitality workplace.
Previous supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, housekeeping operations, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain reports.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Education
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
Relevant housekeeping experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
