We are looking for a target-driven BDM to build relationships with universities and colleges, organize workshops and career sessions, generate student leads, and convert interested prospects into enrollments for CareerSecure's programs.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams.
Organize workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
Generate and qualify interested student leads.
Counsel, follow up, and convert leads into program enrollments.
Maintain college relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage calling, meetings, follow-ups, and the complete sales cycle.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years business development or sales exp required
Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Proficient English and Hindi language.
MTI Versant Score must be 5 or 6 only.
