Drink Preparation and Service
Mix and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using standard mixology recipes.
Garnish drinks and serve them to customers at the bar or pass them to waitstaff for table service.
Recommend drinks, explain menu items, and suggest daily specials. [1]

Customer Service and Safety
Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Check customer identification (IDs) to verify legal drinking age.
Monitor patron alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication by cutting off service safely.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. [1]

Bar Operations and Maintenance
Keep the bar counter, tools, and seating areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
Wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment continuously.
Restock ice, liquor, beer, garnishes, and glassware before, during, and after shifts.
Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory counts. [1]
