Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required for this role
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and close sales.
Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales activities in Zoho Bigin.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Management.
Monitor orders, payments, dispatches and customer requirements.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support management in day-to-day business operations
Monitor Marketing activities
Requirements:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
Robust follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
Proactive, responsible and target-oriented.
Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
