Role Overview

The BDI is responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled students by:
Understanding students career goals.
Guiding them through the admission process.
Recommending suitable Cloudblitz training programs.
Driving admissions and revenue through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with qualified leads.
Conduct counselling via phone & video calls.
Explain courses, career outcomes, and placement support.
Encourage prospects to attend demo sessions.
Follow up regularly and convert leads into admissions.
Update lead status in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills.
Basic understanding of the sales process.
Fluency in English and the regional language.
Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
