Key Responsibilities:
Develop new food products and improve existing recipes
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained
Conduct research on ingredients, preservation, and processing methods
Perform quality checks and laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products
Ensure compliance with food laws and regulations
Monitor production processes and suggest improvements
Work closely with production, packaging, and marketing teams
Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and quality control
Evaluate shelf life and storage conditions of products
Handle customer feedback related to product quality

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of food science and technology
Attention to detail and quality standards
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
