Job Summary

We are hiring a confident and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective clients, and promote our accounting, GST, taxation, compliance, and other skilled services.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify new business leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Explain service benefits, charges, and processes clearly.
Handle client objections and work toward closing sales.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule meetings with interested clients and senior consultants.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned calling, meeting, and conversion targets.
Share daily work plans and evening performance reports.

Required Skills
Solid communication and convincing skills.




Good objection-handling and negotiation ability.
Disciplined follow-up and lead-management skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, or CA services is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and CRM software.
Fluency in Hindi; working English communication is preferred.

Qualification and Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition is preferred.
Candidates with experience selling financial, accounting, taxation, or skilled services will receive preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
