Key Responsibilities:
Assemble machines and equipment at client sites as per technical specifications.
Install, maintain, and repair machinery and related systems.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and corrective actions during field service visits.
Commission, test, and calibrate devices to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Document service reports, installation checklists, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, spare parts, and escalation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines while working on site.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.




1–3 years of hands-on experience in installation/service of industrial machines and robots like AGV , AMR , HUMANIOD .
Robust knowledge of mechanical assemblies, wiring, sensors, PLC basics (preferred).
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for onsite installations and service.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
