Job Description

Eminence Technology is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential leads through various channels.
Conduct cold calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services/products.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid confidence and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
Target-oriented and positive approach.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales/business development environment.

Experience
Freshers to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
