Manage and supervise the billing department and billing staff.
Ensure accurate IP, OP, insurance, and corporate billing.
Monitor billing, collections, refunds, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for timely claim processing.
Verify billing accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare daily/monthly billing reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Finance, Front Office, Medical Records, and other departments.
Train and guide billing staff and monitor their performance.
Handle patient billing queries and complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
