About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth in the Mumbai & Maharashtra market.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry contacts, a proven track record in acquiring new customers, and experience in driving revenue growth within the Flexible Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities :
Drive new account acquisition across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry customers and decision-makers.
Leverage an established Mumbai/Maharashtra industry network to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve and consistently exceed sales and revenue targets.
Identify new customers, markets, and business prospects.
Develop strategic plans for customer acquisition and account growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Track market developments, customer requirements, and competitive activities.

Candidate Profile :




5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Flexible Packaging industry.
Strong and established Mumbai/Maharashtra industry contacts.
Proven track record of New Account Acquisition and Revenue Growth.
Strongly target-driven and result-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and convert leads into customers.
Stable career background with consistent qualified growth.
Qualification: MBA or IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) preferred.
Age: 30–40 years.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
