Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service and deliver a premium shopping experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Handle billing, payments, and assist with daily store operations
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Stay updated on product knowledge and latest fashion trends
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
English is required; Hindi and Punjabi are a plus
