We are hiring for a leading Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company for the following locations:
Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad
Experience: 2–12 Years
Industry: Construction Equipment Manufacturing
Key Requirement:
Candidates with experience in Construction Equipment, Fire Safety, Elevator, Lift, or Escalator manufacturing companies are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.
Develop recent business prospects and manage existing customer relationships.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements through site visits and technical discussions.
Provide technical and application support to customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
Manage sales projects from enquiry to order finalization and project completion.
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
Resolve technical queries and customer issues during the sales process.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Required Skills:
2–12 years of experience in Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development Solid technical knowledge of equipment and elevator systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Experience with CRM and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Valid driving license preferred.
