Key Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs based on drawings and job requirements.
Understand technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances and material specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds and machining parameters.
Set up and verify programs before production.
Coordinate with CNC operators and production supervisors.
Conduct trial runs and make necessary program corrections.
Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce material wastage.
Identify and resolve basic programming and machining issues.
Ensure components are produced according to required dimensions and quality standards.
Maintain CNC programs and related production records.
Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
Support the production team in improving CNC processes.
Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma / Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Production, CNC or related field preferred.
Previous experience in CNC programming is preferred.
Knowledge of CNC software/programming and machine operations.
Experience in modular furniture, woodworking CNC, fabrication or manufacturing is
