Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with robust experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and smooth shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities.
Monitor melting, casting, and related production processes.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Manage manpower and allocate work as per production requirements.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize process wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and process standards.
Identify and resolve production-related issues on the shop floor.
Maintain production records and reports.
Requirements
7–10 years of relevant production experience.
Experience in non-ferrous foundry / metal casting will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of shop-floor production and manpower handling.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Silvassa, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
