Key Responsibilities
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Inspect and test malfunctioning solar installations to identify root causes of underperformance, inverter errors, wiring faults, or module failures.
Corrective Maintenance: Repair or replace defective components, including inverters, optimizers, string combiners, AC/DC breakers, and damaged panels.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled site check-ups, thermal imaging scans (for hot spots), string performance testing, and hardware torque checks.
Performance Monitoring: Review real-time monitoring software dashboards to track system health, flag generation drops, and dispatch service tickets proactively.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs, diagnostic reports, and warranty claim documentation for replaced equipment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
