Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and workers.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Allocate work and manage the production team.
Monitor raw materials, machines, and finished products.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure safety rules and SOPs are followed.
Identify and resolve production issues.
Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills:
Production supervision and team management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Quality and safety awareness
Problem-solving skills
Positive communication and coordination
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
Ability to maintain production records
Leadership and time-management skills

Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing/production setting.
