WeTieUp is looking for a Video Editing Intern who understands what makes a Reel engaging not just someone who knows how to cut clips.

You’ll work on real client projects and social media content, creating short-form videos designed to grab attention, retain viewers, and communicate a explicit message.

What You’ll Work On
Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & other short-form videos
Creating engaging cuts, transitions & pacing
Adding clean and attention-grabbing captions/subtitles
Selecting and syncing music, sound effects & audio
Creating hooks and edits that improve viewer retention
Editing talking-head, educational, promotional & trend-based content
Following current social media editing trends
Understanding how editing can contribute to views, engagement & growth
Taking feedback and improving edits accordingly

What We’re Looking For
Someone who genuinely enjoys video editing
Positive understanding of Reels/Shorts editing
Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
Comfortable working with captions, music, cuts and basic motion graphics
Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
Willingness to learn and experiment




Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly
Portfolio/Reel is preferred

Freshers are welcome if you have a strong editing portfolio or personal projects.

Stipend

₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

The stipend can depend on your editing skills, experience and quality of work.
