Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support offer discussions and joining coordination.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Track hiring progress and meet assigned recruitment timelines.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future openings.
Support employee engagement and employer branding activities when required.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,008.16 per month
