Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within manufacturing environments.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing execution systems.
Capability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
