Job Title: Service Department Technician

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Field support experience is mandatory
Knowledge of computers and hardware is preferable

Responsibilities:

Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.

Candidate Requirements:
Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Relevant certification or license is advantageous.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Robust active listening and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple service requests without being overwhelmed.
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
