Job Summary

The Warehouse HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative operations at the warehouse. This role supports warehouse workforce management, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations at the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Workforce Management

Manage daily attendance tracking and shift records for warehouse employees

Monitor employee late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave records

Maintain and update attendance data in MS Excel or attendance system

Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to verify attendance discrepancies

Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
Warehouse HR Management

Maintain employee records and HR documentation for warehouse staff

Support employee onboarding and exit procedures

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures at the warehouse

Handle employee queries and basic employee relations issues
Recruitment Support

Assist in recruitment for warehouse positions

Coordinate interviews between candidates and warehouse management





Support job postings and initial candidate screening
Administrative Management

Handle daily administrative tasks at the warehouse

Manage office supplies, employee uniforms, and workplace facilities

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance or operational needs
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare HR and administrative reports using MS Excel

Ensure proper documentation and reporting to the Head Office HR team

Act as the HR contact point between warehouse employees and head office

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years experience in HR / Admin / Attendance management

Experience managing blue-collar workforce is preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel for attendance and reporting

Valuable communication skills in English

Solid organizational and coordination skills

Ability to work onsite at warehouse

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
