Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and senior chefs.
Prepare basic dishes according to recipes and standard procedures.
Measure and portion ingredients accurately.
Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Keep the assigned workstation clean and organized.
Store food items correctly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Assist with mise en place before service.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
Report damaged equipment, shortages, or food-quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow hotel/restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist other kitchen sections when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
