We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates to join a reputed Five-Star Hotel in Kolkata as Food & Beverage Associates. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant/service area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and queries professionally.
Follow hotel standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.

Eligibility
Experience:



Fresher to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality.
Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management will be preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Good English and interpersonal communication skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
